Aging has always been a hot topic, simply for the fact that it is inevitable. We all experience aging on different levels and this is due to lifestyle factors. There are many factors that contribute to aging and they fall into two categories, Intrinsic and Extrinsic factors. Intrinsic aging occurs due to natural processes like time, genetics and gravity.
